Nothing but liars, thieves, and scam artists. Went there in August 2015 (my first visit to any kind of urgentcare facility) I was told THREE times that they were contracted with my insurance and I was good to go. they even collected my copay The wait was very short but when the doctor (Miguel Sepulvelda) came to see me he literally stood in the doorway, looked at my foot and said "you have an infection" and walked away. I never saw him again. The nurse came to deliver a prescription and that was that.
Later on I received a bill for $300 for my service. After hours and hours turning into days of calling with UMC and my insurance, surprise surprise. All of a sudden UMC is magically not contracted with my insurance and I will have to pay out of pocket.
Patients beware - I would not trust a word that comes out of the front desk people's mouths. They were the ones that told me THREE times that UMC is contracted with my insurance. Which was nothing but a boldfaced lie. Needless to say I will never be returning.
