  • I've been frequenting this place for the past few months. Their work is decent, nothing spectacular. The location is convenient for me. Although after today, I will never return. I made an appointment with Tracy 3 weeks ago for 4:00 today. I arrived at the salon at 3:57. The salon was busy and Tracy was in the middle of a pedicure. I would have waited if she was completing polish, but she was literally in the middle of another service. It was as if I never had an appointment. She told me the wait would be 15 minutes, but that was not the case. Very unprofessional move. I'll be driving across town now to Boca Park to get my nails done by my former nail tech, Tikka. She has a great personality, always on time and does perfect nails. Keep this up Vivi Nails and you'll lose people little by little.
