  • What awful service. They turned off my power erroneously and told me at 2:00 in the afternoon on a Friday that "the day is almost over" and they couldn't come until Monday. My family was without power for 3 days, $300 in food in the fridge went bad and the pool turned green. Monopolies suck because they can.
