  • The staff at hotel was very accommodating and pleasant. Evening reception was substantial and easily could make that a dinner. The rooms are spacious but are in need of major updating. The carpets and couches are worn and soiled. The sofa sleeper had an extremely thin mattress ...thankfully we had a child sleeping on that, as an adult would have experienced the metal frame from below. The worst area was the floor in the roll-in shower..... I mentioned it to our housekeeper who advised it was scheduled for replacement - she arranged to have it deep cleaned again during our stay, but it wasn't any better -- they should be more proactive on replacing these types of things before it gets this bad visually. The 2 star rating is for the staff, though they deserve higher, but the condition of the property prevents me from providing additional stars.
