  • My husband and I arrived into the store today after being disappointed all morning trying to purchase an ipad at different stores and not getting the customer service we were looking for. We drove to this store from Gilbert in hopes our customer service needs would be met. We walked straight to the apple product station where we were greeted with a smile from Marshall. He not only met but he exceeded all of our expectations. He introduced us to his GM, Josh, who was incredibly knowledgeable and another team member, Tyler, who helped us with Apple Watches. We were so pleased with their level of knowledge and customer service our small iPad purchase turned into over $700 worth of merchandise because of the level of trust they instilled in us. I am so thankful that my husband and I made the drive out to this store and I would recommend them to anyone! Superb trained employees who are honest and caring can be found in this store!
