  • I went to their Anthem location for a prenatal massage and was extremely disappointed. I got a call the day of my appointment explaining that one of their massage therapists called in sick so they asked me to come earlier which was fine, however; the woman doing my massage seemed completely flustered, irritated, and rushed. 15min of my session was wasted with her putting pillow cases on the pillows. She spent 20 min on my left side and 5 min on my right and exclaimed "wow, time sure does fly." And that was it. My facial was even worse. The woman kept complaining how she wasn't in her normal room and couldn't find any of her products. More time wasted as I sat there waiting for her to find supplies. I won't go here again, back to Elements Massage for me. The therapists are just extremely mediocre and the place has no feel of a spa.
