  • Seeing several people give rave reviews here but fewer than 5 stars. I'm not sure why. This store has gorgeous furniture, well laid out, with a helpful staff and it has varying price points, for finer furniture. They sell so many of the lines you'd hope to see. And their prices are great. We have bought several things form them and the experience has been easy and pleasant. It takes a while to see everything - having a large inventory and great selection is a huge bonus, in my book. Many of the items we purchased were at prices equal or less than internet prices - which don't come with service, design help if you want it and white glove delivery. You'll also see Jack mentioned in several good reviews. I think that's because Jack is wonderful. We have worked with him and he is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful but not pushy. The staff all seem to be good but I'm adding a special plug for Jack. I proudly spend my money at Ladlow's and plan on continuing to be a customer there. It's become one of my first go to's, when I need something. Great business.
