  • Excellent staff and food! Restaurant is trendy-good music, good atmosphere. The pho is delicious, best I've had in Surprise. I also like the shrimp spring rolls and the house combination sandwich. The Vietnamese use mint in such different ways than we use in American cooking and Saigon Kitchen does it well.
