  • My wife and are relocating to Arizona, and we're purchasing a home there that's currently in escrow. Our highly experienced realtor recommended that White Glove Home Inspections, LLC perform the home and termite inspections for us. In short, their work was OUTSTANDING! The gentleman who performed the inspection was extremely knowledgeable, exceptionally thorough and highly professional. He checked out EVERYTHING, even down to detail such as assuring that when the oven was set for 350 degrees, his temperature probe showed it was about 350. Following the nearly 5 hour inspection, he sat down with our realtor and us, and provided a clear summary of his findings, with more detailed descriptions of the more urgent items he found. His explanations were in layperson's language that we understood, and we never felt we were being rushed when he responded to our questions. What amazed us most was not only the completeness and thoroughness of their 98-page written report - complete with numerous clear photos - but the fact that they sent it to us via email attachment the evening of the day of the inspection! We have no idea how they were able to do that so promptly, but it helped our agent prepare a listing of items (some of which are mandated by law/code) that the sellers' must remediate prior to close of escrow. We have nothing but positive impressions and glowing comments about White Glove's service. They became our knowledgeable, professional eyes and ears that now give us peace of mind with respect to this important investment. We learned a great deal more about the property than we did before. We have nothing but the highest praise for White Glove Home Inspections, LLC. This truly is "as good as it gets"!
