  • If you are claustrophobic this is your worst nightmare come to life! Such crowded classes! And they're hot classes so you literally have people sweating pools underneath themselves 2 inches away from you. Suuuuper over crowded classes. You'll have some guys sweaty butt right in your face. Too close for comfort. It wouldn't be as disturbing if fellow class attendees weren't so extremely close, packed into the studio like sardines in a can. Also it's very hot and humid literally suffocating. The humidity is from every 40-50 something people's sweat. It's literally as humid as a steam room, but sweat steam. So disgusting! You're literally inhaling everyone's sweat for an hour. But the instructors and members are nice hence the 2 stars. If you don't mind inhaling sweat and having no personal space with strangers dripping pools of sweat right on you then maybe try it out. I simply cannot though. Absolutely disgusting.
