  • Went in for a manicure and it was bad from beginning to end! First asked what pedicure we want but never shown a spa menu. They lined the spa basins with plastic protectors so very slippery and not a good feel on the feet. No soap or salts added to the water. Asked for the massage jets to be turned on and was told we don't have those! Honestly I should have left at that point. But I didn't. I chose the basic pedi with added callus removal ($29 plus $10 tip). My nails were trimmed, cuticles removed, callus softener, and scrapping. Not a drop of moisturizer touched my feet! No lotion, no oils, nada!!! The callus removal was a joke (see picture). I asked for one of my nails to be trimmed a bit more and she used the dremmel tool. Well she went too far and hurt me! She just needed to do a small additional clip of the nail. We will NOT be returning! Oh and btw it was 117 degrees out and about 90 degrees inside the salon. Put on the A/C and offer some water to your clients!
