  • I went inside asking if I could return a leaf blower I had bought. They looked at me weird and gave me a hard time about it. I literally had to convince them and beg for me to return it before they directed me towards the other entrance which is where they do returns. I walk over asking to return it with no receipt and they called over the "store manager" and wanting to go through the video tapes saying I was stealing... They where so sure to tell the manager I Came from inside the store and I'm trying to trick them. I even told them to ask the people on the other side who directed me over there and they told them that they don't remember me or me bringing anything in... Turns out they went through all that trouble and the leaf blower had a Lowe's label on it... Forgot that I had bought it from Lowe's. But I like that I had this experience because I'm not returning to Home Depot anytime soon with that kind of rude staff.
