  • I really don't understand how this place has a 5 star rating. I went on a Tuesday at 3:30pm to get an oil change. Jean was working the desk alone and was getting bombarded with phone calls... There was one person ahead of me when I walked in but I didn't get to talk to Jean until 10 minutes later since he also had two phone calls to answer before calling me over. I asked for an oil change and also asked to use the yelp check-in offer ($17). He seemed irritated for some reason and said he would check if the type of oil for the yelp offer was valid for my vehicle, which it was. He then informed me that the oil change would be done by closing which was 6pm. I've waited 30 minutes or even 45 for an oil change but 2.5 hours sounded a bit excessive. I asked if there was any chance it would be completed sooner and I could tell by his tone he was getting impatient. He said it could possibly be done sooner but guaranteed it would be completed by closing. Since I knew that my car really needed an oil change I agreed and called a friend for a ride. I got a call around 5:45pm and it was Jean recommending that I get a few other things replaced which I declined. I went back and my car wasn't done until a little past 6. The total with labor fees and tax was around $20. I didn't care for my interactions with Jean nor my wait of 2.5 hours to get an oil change on a Tuesday afternoon. Happy that I finally got my oil changed but doubtful I will return.
