  • TERRIBLE SERVICE. I called Top Master at 9:45 AM on 02.26.18 and got an original quote for $350 and when I told him I was going to go to another competitor, he said he would only charge $120. At 12:45 PM, he said he was "almost at my location." At 2:30 PM, the same man said he was "walking inside the mall" and told me he would see me in 10 minutes and for having me wait 5 hours he said he give me $20 off the $120. It is now 3:33 PM and now he is dodging my calls and his voicemail is not set up to leave me messages.
