  • I had a really good experience with Safelite today. I was doing my research on Yelp and saw the good reviews here, so I went to the website to check it out. They make it so easy to get a quote, then schedule the install I just went ahead and did it. I probably should have checked for competitive pricing, but I was sold on the reviews and quality of the website. Anyway, I get an email confirming my time, and then another as the time approached promising they would call ahead of their arrival. True to their word a guy named Billy called and let me know he was 5 minutes out. He arrived, we talked and I let him get to work. About 45 minutes later he was done. We settled up with a credit card using an app on his phone. Really polite and professional. The windshield looks great so far, and I don't imagine I'll have an issue. Great service.
