I was looking for a local fish market with sushi grade seafood. I honestly didn't think I'd even be able to find one in Phoenix. I was so happy to find this gem! I visited their store a few days ago and purchased salmon and octopus for sashimi. These normally cost $15+ for a fraction of the amount of meat in a sushi restaurant, so satisfying my craving can be so expensive. The prices here are great, plus they have fresh, local grass-fed meats and other products for sale, and the fact that the business owners seem to really care about the quality of their products is a huge bonus. I'm very pleased! I can't wait to enjoy satisfying my craving for sashimi tomorrow. I'll definitely be back!
The one downside to visiting them in-store is the strong fishy smell of their small store, and while that's to be expected and is worth it to me, that may not be something other people can handle.
