  • I moved into this neighbourhoold in Novem ber and am within short walking distance to this store, so I thought I would check it out. As soon as I walked in I knew this store was going to be my go to supermarket. Here are the reasons why: Amazing deli counter - you can get pretty much everything in there from gourmet cheeses to a hot home cooked meal - not joking, they have things like mashed potatoes roast beef vegetables - everything. Fantastic vegetarian products - As a vegetarian, I think they have the best selection of veggie stuff - easily trumping community natural foods. Full Gardein range, Field Roast - eveything Fresh and beautiful produce Gourmet sections in each aisle, where you can find everything from Hazelnut oil to Chipotle sweet pepper jelly Lots of self checkouts - more than the average store - as many self checkouts as regular The PRICES - I was shocked to find that the majority of prices are on par with Walmart for groceries. If you haven't checked out Save on foods -give it a try, It is a great addition to the supermarket options in Calgary.
