  • Every time I stop at this branch I wonder if I really need a big bank. today the teller line was to the door (!!) and there were two tellers and then one of them went on break. Really? No sense of urgency. People sitting in their office. No one seems to care. A Hispanic man in a suit (branch manager?)walks around and says hello and then goes back in his office. 14 minutes in line then I give up. I go to the one by Carmel Commons Shopping center because they are much much more user-friendly, big on the customer service as it is today. Huge difference. I know they can't help it how many people come in at the same time and I have a choice of waiting or not, but it's just a lack of caring at the Carolina Place branch every single time. That branch is good for the ATM, everything else forget it.
