  • My wife and I were expecting a child in the near future from February 2015. We have come to thought that we will need a house to accommodate to the size of our growing family. When we finally found the house, in June 2015 we chose to buy. Unfortunately, the previous owner had three dogs living with her and the carpeting was covering 3/4ths of the floors in the house. A year later, being yesterday, we finally decided to get a deep cleaning for the carpets. With the consideration of a new son (now rolling all over the floors), and my wife's sensitivity to many allergies, I searched and found Arizona Steamers here on yelp with such great rating/reviews which made me call an schedule a cleaning. Mike and his Brother were very courteous, accommodating and considerate from the first phone call through till the end of the service. Even though we had scheduled a 1:30 cleaning, they reached out with consideration that they had time to come earlier but i was at work myself and couldn't accept. Seeing as the fact that my son and wife were at home, I chose to schedule for a midday cleaning to have them leave before all the possible noise (son sensitive to noise), and scents (wife's allergic). Mike had understood my reasoning and accommodated to my timing needs. When they arrived, they examined in detail of which rooms need to be serviced. Thereafter, Mike had warned us about possible noise and heavy scents, which I was expecting. Mike and his brother also helped remove furniture to achieve better coverage of the carpet cleaning. They pretreated the carpets for any pet residue and then shampooed and vacuumed 4.5 rooms including the hallway. They worked quickly, efficiently and without disturbing us while my family was in the master bedroom which had no carpeting. The pricing was very decent and affordable for my new and young family considering the fact that he even offered to honor the promo discount off yelp, which was great. The results definitely look and feel amazingly clean. Now I can confidently come in to our home and allow our son to play on the carpet without worrying that he is breathing or taking in any of the pet hair, residue or dirt that was there before the cleaning. I highly recommend Mike and His brother to come and clean your carpets and flooring. Thank you again for a cleaning well done!
