  • Like every Apple Store, be prepared to waaaaait! Appt or not, you will be here for awhile and the store is always jammed! I do find it a bit less congested than the square one location, which is nice. Another plus, there's wifi and plenty of seating (although that doesn't help you much if you're phoneless while they fix your cracked screen..!) Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and running around constantly. Service is great, but it better be when your phone costs as much (if not more than a computer these days!)
