  • I wo give them a negative star! I called and told them I just bought my house and did not know the key pad code and their sticker was on it so could theyt come and show me the code They quoted me $25.00 to come out. The tech checked it and told me the key pad was dead and I needed a new one and he could do it for $350. I said I'd wait and then was charged $75.00. My neighbor sadi to change the battery and now it worked! So the tech didn't even check the basic and tried to sell me something I didn't need. When I called the manager the next day he was no hlep and told me to call later in the week becasue he didn't have the invoice..ReallY?!! Bad business!!!!
