  • Buyer beware. Customer service is severely lacking. Rude and un- knowledgeable sales dept. highly recommend finding another reputable dealer to buy from. Initial contact with dealer through Autotrader resulted in rude email response. After making a deal over the phone with sales person I was contacted the next day backing out of the agreement after I had already put things in motion to purchase the car. Now they want significantly more money and offering far less on trade... I guess everyone has a right to change their mind, however I find this highly unprofessional. But I guess used car dealers have this reputation for a reason. To add insult to the situation. I get a call from Mo the store owner two days later, insulting me, calling me a stupid person, and even calling me names I cannot post here. Instead of putting customer service first and maybe trying to make a deal on a car we were $3000 apart on where I would have probably negotiated a deal that would make both parties happy... instead I get a talking to like I'm 15yo and have never done a car deal. Shop this dealer at your own risk.
