Xplozone Trampoline Park get's a solid 2 stars from me. I was invited here to celebrate my Godson's birthday this past weekend and it was just a mess.. Where do I even begin?
For starters, the birthday party was suppose to start at 5:00PM and when we checked in to get our spot it wasn't even ready.. We had to wait for them to have somebody rush over and get it together which should've been done prior to us arriving. 15-20 minutes later we finally were given the okay to get the party started. Now here I guess the system of wristbands is how they keep track maybe of how much time you have paid for to be able to jump and enter into the trampoline area. This too was an issue because there was something that happened with the whole wrist band process which left all the kids at the birthday party antsy and ready to go play. A few of the kids including my Godson ended up finding another entrance to go through lol but later was kicked out because not only didn't they have the wristband but apparently there are some special socks that they sale for around $3.50-$4.00. It's either that or you have to go completely barefoot which I'm still confused about because it just seems so germy but whatever. After finally getting the wristband ordeal settled they tried to "make up" by extending the amount of time for the kids to jump.
Like any other birthday party there are always going to be people who come late and one of the people in our party brought her daughter who was denied access to the trampoline and jumping area because it wasn't communicated that our time was extended. With ample of more time to jump it created so much unnecessary commotion that all could've just been prevented from the start. There really wasn't anybody logical to talk to since I felt like it was a bunch of kids who were managers and really didn't have the proper problem resolution skills for customers in these situations. Not sure I would return willingly...
