  • Jared as a company in general is great with all of their promotions and different ways to get the most out of your money, but this location in particular is amazing. My boyfriend and I went to several different jewelry stores to shop for rings, but of course I fell in love with the Neil Lane collection. Because this location is a smaller one and I hadn't found the exact ring that I loved, we decided to go look at the larger Dana Park location and it just wasn't the same. Rafael was a HUGE help through the entire process and so incredibly patient with us. My boyfriend and I did so much research in order to choose the diamond we wanted in the most informed way possible, but inevitably questions came about different aspects of diamonds, brands, the many different gem societies that grade the diamonds and how they are different and what they mean. Rafael with the help of his fellow employees and manager answered them all for us and made sure that we had the correct information every time. We visited several times before we made our final purchases and have been back since for cleanings and straightening the diamond in the prongs of the ring. Every time we visit they are happy to see us and help us with whatever we need. They have helped us get the best possible deal and we are incredibly overjoyed with their service and patience. We will never go anywhere else! Amazing team, amazing jewelry store. 5 stars all the way.
