The customer service in this Sephora location is almost always terrible. Some of the employees are so rude and condescending! I keep coming back due to proximity, but I should remember to come in, get what I'm looking for, and not ask for help. I always get snarky comments to questions, or they argue with me when I say I dislike a product's smell or texture. I tried to return a new highlighter today because I had tried it and didn't like how unnatural it looked on my skin (it had been their recommendation but the color was off for my skin tone), and the lady insisted that it must be because I didn't know how to put make up on. With an attitude told the cashier to give me my money back. This is just one of several examples. Their manager should do something about it. Buying cosmetics should not be an unpleasant experience.
