  • I was referred to Eric Aramian. (Alliance Financial Resources) from a friend that recently purchased a new home. She used Eric for the loan/mortgage and I knew her experience was very positive . While I was shopping around for loans I contacted a few people including Eric. He was by far the most responsive to my emails and calls. He has a very positive demeanor and was just so helpful that he became the obvious choice. Eric also worked flawlessly with my Realtor to make the deal go smoothly. He always explained things clearly and completely which is nice considering how daunting the whole home buying process can be.... I highly recommend him for your home mortgage and at the very least add him to your short list while you shop around for a home loan. PS - I was a first time home buyer involved in a short sale and Eric was great in helping me understand the loan process and the steps involved.
