Purchased tickets online on Thursday night for a Saturday night movie. The movie didn't even open until Friday. Showed up at the theater for our movie, and our tickets were somehow for Thursday night before the movie even actually opened. Was told by the ticket taker that we could exchange them at the box office, so we waited in line, bought tickets for the movie we wanted to see, and then waited for the manager. Manager was very rude, told us that even though they could see that we did not attend the movie on Thursday and it wasn't even SHOWING on Thursday, that they could not refund our tickets. It's not about the money, but there is NO excuse for horrible customer service. We will not be back to this theater - the manager's rudeness is the reason why. We will choose Downtown Summerlin for recliner seats any day.
