  • A couple weeks ago we contacted Mi Casa appliances in order to get our dryer repaired since the business seemed like a reputable business when we drove by the store. We had a dryer was making this terrible screeching noise. They came out and took a look at the dryer and stated that they were going to have to get a part and then come back and fix it. Now at first they seemed like they knew what they were doing and we were happy to know it would be fixed soon. However, that is not what happened. They came and "worked" on our dryer for over an hour or more and then informed us that the dryer could not be repaired and that it wasn't a good dryer. Excuse me but our dryer isn't even over 5 years old and is a great brand. We were then told that we could go to their store and buy one from them. Yeah.... that wasn't going to happen. So now we were out money because they still made us pay for the "work" they did and the part they got for the dryer and yet at the end of the day our dryer was still not fixed . I was not pleased with their service at all. I was definitely not convinced that our dryer was done for. So I took to yelp to find an individual that could help repair my dryer and long and behold he came and within less than an hour the dryer was fixed. This business is such a scam when it comes to repairs.
