  • I called Walt's TV to try and purchase a TV. Their website stated that they had multiple in stock. There were other websites that were selling them for cheaper so i called and asked if they price matched, and the man that answered the phone told me that they did. He also told me that they had multiple in stock and that they would be able to ship it to me. When he checked the other websites that had it in stock and saw that the price was much lower, he then proceeded to lie to me telling me that they actually only had one in stock and someone already left a $100 deposit and was not able to sell it to me anymore. Terrible customer service, and lying to not sell a product because you don't want to follow your own store policy of price matching is not okay.i
