  • One hour delay, beats 52 hours I guess. This honestly was as bad as it got. We arrived in Vegas about 45 minutes late ( no worse than any other airline). The service was to be expected of a discount airline, not bad, but far from stellar. Was it worth the $2000 that we saved over Hawaiian airlines..... Absolutely !!!! Our departure from Vegas was on time and the service was acceptable Bear in mind that this airline is ala carte in every since of the word.
