  • The hotel is nice, but so are many many hotels in Las Vegas. Bottom line if you are going to spend thousands of dollars out with your family you want more then a great hotel you deserve great service too. The manager jose at the yard house and his staff are NOT good. The manager jose seems like he should be a bus boy, the man can't manage, trust me I know, I manage over 1000 employees. When our party of 12 could not get seated because staff couldn't handle a big party jose thought is was best to try and throw the customer out. Word to the owners the customers are your pay check and your staff should know that. Threatening to throw out the customer because you can't handle the business is not acceptable. Future customers Stay on the strip believe me.
