  • Great bakery. The pastries are delicious. I wish they had a slightly larger selection of savory items, but those they do have (focaccia, stuffed croissants) are fantastic and often my choices for fast food that isn't "fast food". The prices are a little high, but only if you compare to the much lower quality baked goods at supermarkets. And yes, they are closed on certain days, but they are a bakery... I've never seen an actual bakery open 7 days a week. The coffee is drinkable but nothing special, I only get it when I don't have cash and need to get over the $5 card limit. As for "bad service", I've never experienced it. Either I've magically missed the rude employees in my many years of going here, or the people complaining are the types who expect the workers behind the counter to grovel for the customers and blather about how unworthy they are to serve pastries. Every time I go here my interaction with the staff is efficient and polite.
