  • Extremely disappointed. After being loyal customers for over a year now, we had an incident where we dropped off our dog for to be groomed only to receive a phone call two hours later saying she was a little too rowdy that day. She is a puppy so she probably was a little excited and not listening very well, but there was no biting, scratching, aggression, etc. She is a golden retriever- only a year old so she still excites very easily but is extremely sweet. We called to schedule a redo this week and the groomer simply refused. Not even a second try on a different day to give her a bath. After giving this place our business for a year, extremely disappointed.
