  • Was warned before even signing up about LA FITNESS but decided to give them a shot. I signed up at LA because I am a college student and they told me they could work with me when I leave for school in the fall. They told me I could sign up now in March, and when I was leaving for school In late August I could cancel the month before August to to save myself paying for an extra month of paying for a gym I'll only use for 2 weeks and then go to school. They told me they would give me a 2 week pass for my last 2 weeks. Well that last 2 weeks came around and guess who didn't follow their promise. Didn't let me workout there once my membership ran up, wouldn't honor the 2 week pass they offered me, and sent me home with a scoop of pre workout in me. Also the staff isn't friendly, the basketball court is way too small, they let volleyball take up the court half the time, and to top it off, THERE ISNT EVEN A STEAM ROOM. will definitely not be coming back to LA fitness when I come home for spring break.
