  • My family had used this company even before I bought my own house back in 2011. I for a year had been stuck with a utility insurance plan that didn't accept them and it reinforced how hard it is to find competent and honest people to handle heating and cooling issues. They were able to figure out correctly the problem first visit and complete it at a reasonable rate every time in a timely manner. The old contracted company I was forced to use straight up had left parts still in their boxes in my unit that m and k pointed out to me. I have the annual plan with m and k where they come twice a year to inspect everything, and they also replace my specialty filters for me when in the attack, since I have an air filtration system that is hard for me to get to, and they don't charge me extra. They know and remember us, and I always feel like they have my best interest at heart.
