  • The store wasn't busy, so they were able to print the job right away. They didn't offer me a chance to review a proof before color printing. If so, I would have seen that the print out needed adjustment. I can live with the result, but that was an easy catch if the employee actually gave a damn. Gave 3 stars because I should have asked for a proof. I'm just used to my printer in L.A. providing consultation if they see a way to improve the project
