  • While waiting for a company I had previously used to call me back, I decided to go online and call a few other companies and do some comparison shopping, since so many companies now a days are giving cash/gift card rebates. I spoke to Rex, he was professional and not pushy at all. I explained to him that I was offered $100 cash back from another company and that I was just doing a little do-diligence and research. He was able to offer me a $50 cash back deal, and I let him know I would get back to him. Within an hour I received a message from Raphael letting me know that would be happy to match the offer...AND...bring me a check at install!! Since I've had issues with other companies fulfilling their promise to mail me rebates...I was most impressed. The installation went perfect. They were there on time, and finished in the exact amount of time they said they would be...and...with rebate check in hand!!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. They are a great family owned/run company...and LOCAL!!! Love it.
