Ironic, that I was listening to a Perdue podcast about the importance of great customer service while trying to shop at this wasteland of a store. Not only did they have just 80% of what I needed, 10% of that was misfiled and impossible to find without help from customer service, which in this ghost town is impossible. After asking the cashier to page someone, I finally had a guy show up - only to dis me because he sells electronics, not stationary. The girl who finally helped me was very nice. Does being the only major supplier of office supplies mean they don't they even bother trying anymore?
