  • I have been going faithfully to this store and pharmacy every 28 days, for 10 years. They have a new manager and she decided HERSELF to change a policy. She made me wait and drive back the next day to get my medication. I had gone through the drive thru, and Michelle left the drawer open and let my paperwork fly away in the wind. When I went back the next day for my medicine, Michelle was so rude and laughed the entire time I was at the window. I have never been so disrespected. I will NEVER go back to Smith's for groceries or the pharmacy.
