On July 8th I bought extensions from the Henderson location. I have been buying extensions from Sally's for over 5 years and have never had an issue. Unfortunately, when I opened the package the hair was strawberry red blonde instead of being blonde frost which is the color I always purchase.
Devastated because I know hair is non-refundable, I immediately went to the Charleston location in order to seek a solution. I explained my situation to a male employee who seemed unable to offer any formal solutions as there were no managers available (it was a Friday after 5pm) so this was understandable, however I was not backing down.
Just when I thought a solution would not be reached Crystal (from Hawaii) came in to save the day. She contacted the Henderson store informing them about the situation and when they were not as helpful as she hoped, she contacted the District Manager and explained the situation. We were able to swap out the 90 dollar extensions that did not match my hair and exchange them for a HIGHER priced extension that worked much better.
It is employees like Crystal who should be recognized for their exceptional customer service. I see bright things ahead for her future, and will definitely be doing more business at Sally's!
