My review is not so much of the theatre itself as much as the documentaries featured. That said, this old theatre is beautiful old. Complete with an outdoor box office and creaky old seats. The outdoor box office has updated technology and I loved the paradox of it all. There is a traditional concession stand where you can get your snacks to bring into the show. Caribbean Tales International Film festival is what brought me out to this theatre. There was a series of documentaries with the main event being a film called "Blind Stigma" whose focus was on mental illness specially in the black community. It was a very well done documentary, as were the preceding documentaries. Am looking forward to seeing more films played here. The old feeling of this theatre was really enjoyable.
