  • When dining on the strip, your options are limited to, buffets, celebrity chef restaurants and large tourist traps that are ridiculously overpriced and well.... just shitty. I honestly expected the same of Eiffel Tower after my last stint here in Vegas at Le Cirque. I HATED that restaurant. Ugh... The food was astonishingly bad and the service well... Let me put it this way, I was about to get all Mayweather on it's ass. Anyway... Moving on... The name alone screams TOURIST TRAP but don't let that fool you. Once you hit the elevator on the first floor, you're greeted by a young lady whom then leads you to the restaurant floor where the doors open to an impressive open kitchen. Once you step out, you are greeted with cheerful faces that lead you to a window table, overlooking the water shows of Bellagio. For a minute, you might forget how cheesy this all is and actually enjoy all the twinkling lights of this faux city. Starting from the amuse bouche to the entree, I loved every morsel. I'd highly suggest sticking with the NY Strip. It was just divine. This steak was my 2nd favorite of all time, after Mastro's BH. Perfectly charred and beautifully bloody. Just the way I like it. Don't bother with sauces. This beauty doesn't have anything to hide. Also a must is the Blue Cheese Souffle. TRUST ME, you'll want to lick the plate. What really surprised me was the service. In Vegas, you don't expect this kind of 5 star treatment. Most places here treat you like cattle, even the $$$$ restaurants. They don't give 2 shits about you because they've got a hundred other diners to take your place, but not here. Our waiter would magically appear whenever we needed anything but was never intrusive. The staff truly seems to appreciate their jobs. It was never "stuffy". From the front desk, to the bussers, to your waiter, they all serve you with a smile. A very comfortable, beautiful setting with a sincere appreciation for fine dining. I go to Vegas about twice a year on business and Eiffel Tower will surely be where you find me on every trip.
