Love the store itself and selection, it's some (not all) of the employees at this location who are the problem and reason for the low rating. Long story short: there's a right and wrong way to speak to a paying customer (one who was polite and respectful, at that). It's not rocket science.
A word of advice: Google or watch a YouTube video on good customer service and take some notes.
