  • My most recent trip, I flew Delta from Atlanta to Charlotte, and then Charlotte back to Atlanta. While this is a no frills flight with no beverage or food service, the attendants were friendly enough. Boarding was quick and easy, and getting off the plane was easy enough. I tend to get confused at the Charlotte Douglass airport, and they were able to point me in the right direction to get out of the airport. It is easy to check in at the kiosk and get your boarding pass to get on the plane. I had no luggage to check, so I was able to check in and go directly to the TSA line to get to the gates. The line at the desk to check in and check bags seemed to be long, so I will keep that in mind next time I have to check bags while using Delta. I have no real complaints about Delta at this location. Everything was just great from start to finish.
