  • I'm not sure Dr Harter's feet actually touch the ground. He's one of those healthcare professionals who literally floats around. Pregnancy and birth can be scary and overwhelming, but he makes any situation better, simply with his manner of being. In my humble opinion, anyone complaining about wait times or petty frustrations of dealing with a busy practice simply don't understand how lucky they are to have him. I don't know when he sleeps. He delivered two children for us, and one of the times, we needed him at 5 am. He had been delivering babies all night long, but refused to let another doctor do his job. He arrived minutes later, sans sleep, and delivered our baby in a remarkably timely manner, given the circumstances. He made our experiences, scary as they were at times, as enjoyable and rewarding as I could ever imagine. He's the closest thing Las Vegas has to a midwife in a hospital setting. Could not possibly recommend him more.
