What a fun dinner! We went for my birthday and I loved every minute. I got the 4 course tasting menu, you get to choose what you want from the corresponding section of hot/cold apps, meat, fish, and dessert or cheese. I think next time I'd have the chef's choice of courses just to be surprised but I loved the salmon app, beef tongue Reuben and cheeses. The halibut was tasty but not my fave of the night. My husband got the wagyu beef and thought it was great but not necessarily worth the price. My favorite part is all the fun amuse bouche and tastings they give you from tiny sloppy joes to a mango bomb and homemade tiny orange sodas. I assume these change often.
I would definitely come back. It is pricey but I think the experience is worth it. I haven't had a dinner like this in PHX and despite the cost it is not stuffy and staff seems to enjoy what they do and are knowledgeable.
