The worst customer 'care' experience you can get from them. Don't ever buy something from them. I bought a SAMSUNG TV online from them ($1200) and after a week of receiving the TV I opened the box and the screen has cracks on the top section. I went to the store to exchange it but they told me it is not their POLICY. I have never receive a paper or any email about their policy AND NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT IT but apparently IN the email copy of my receipt it was a HIDDEN link that if you click on the link in a small section they talk about their policy of exchanging the damaged product in 3 DAYS only. Its been 2 weeks I bought the BROKEN TV and they don't want to accept any responsibly to exchange it. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THE BRICK, YOU MIGHT GET A BETTER PRICE BUT YOU WILL END UP WITH A BROKEN PRODUCT AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I also called the 'customer care' but they are saying they can not do anything!!!!!!!!!
