I used to frequent this place quite often but I noticed a slight decline in quality of meats hence less trips to Honey Pig. An example would be the marinated short ribs that are too fatty in my opinion. Also, they used to serve beef tongue which is delicious but have taken it off their ayce menu. The ayce assortment is good and usually do the following in sequence: brisket, sirloin, kalbi and pork belly. If still hungry, I recommend the bulgogi and squid for the adventurous type. The spice level on the spicy pork belly is a tad high for my taste but I recommend trying it at least once! Be prepared to smell like barbecue after leaving Honey Pig so don't plan on going anywhere except home to shower after your meal!
