  • I feel like when I'm in a pinch, YELP really comes through for me. I was looking to switch accountants for my tax prep this year. I initially asked a bunch of friends and colleagues but was not sold on any one that they suggested (mostly b/c the rates would have been as much as my State return). I found Sapphire after requested quotes on YELP. Jonathan was very timely with email correspondence and I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days *in the last week in March! I could tell immediately I was going to like this business when they presented me with an invoice of the work they would do and the fees upfront. I can't tell you how many times I've asked an accountant what the rate would be...I get one number and then after the work is done..I'm shell shocked with a bill that is twice as much if not more. Cindy did my tax prep. She was very personable and knowledgeable. If she didn't have an immediate answer to my question, she knew where to find it and did so in a timely manner. I have to say, this was probably the easiest and smoothest experience I've ever had with an accountant. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
