  • Do NOT deliver a baby at Banner on Higley!!! My daughter recently had a baby at Banner and her first child at Mountain Vista Medical Center on Hampton and there was no comparison!! BANNER WAS HORRIBLE! First they made my daughter leave the delivery room after 15 min of giving birth because 11 people were in line for it!! They deliver 400 babies a month and it feels like a revolving door! The nurses did their best with the out of date equipment, but The food was crap, the rooms dingy but the worst part was waiting 6 hours to check out for an OB doctor who was home all day. After waiting and waiting and waiting Dr. Brass walked in spent 2 minutes looking over my daughter (not) and then when my daughter asked for something for pain she refused saying "take Ibuprofen around the clock" (even though it rips up your stomach) ...everyone is NOT a drug addict doc! Mountain Vista was like a five star resort compared to this place!!! Never again!!
